In life there is no way to avoid difficulties, so if we want happiness, we have to consider problems as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. In Tibetan Buddhism, there is an important short mind training (lojong) text, the 8 Verses of Thought Transformation, that serves as a guide how to think differently when we encounter difficult people and situations. This weekend course explains how this works as practical tools in everyday life.
Beginner level course led by Venerable Lozang Yönten.
