Mindfulness is now a nearly universal aspiration for everyone trying to live a more intentional life. Easier said than done, isn’t it? Learn the skills that support mindfulness in your daily life as well as techniques for bringing deeper levels of mindfulness into your meditations. This in-depth and experiential course requires no previous training in meditation.

8:30am Saturday – Sunday 3:30pm for registered course participants
Pre-registration essential by 26 November. $150 includes course facility and materials fee and homemade vegetarian meals from breakfast Saturday through lunch on Sunday. Accommodation available – see the cabin and room or camping options and prices.

If you are arriving outside of our office hours (9:30am – 5:00pm) please tell us your plans so we can make arrangements to check you in. If you’re coming from out of town, we find guests have the best experience when arriving before dark. Arrivals on Friday evening can pre-order dinner, served at 6:00pm, for an additional $7.50 (please give at least 24 hours notice).
