Mental fatigue and exhaustion are common but most people are unaware of how it occurs or what can be done to prevent it. Join this workshop series in Coromandel Town to learn how to combat fatigue, encourage physical energy and vitality and change habits that drain your energy.
Venerable Lozang Yönten will run three workshops that explore ideas about where mental fatigue comes from and what we can do to prevent it, drawing from Buddhist principles. The sessions are Thursday afternoons from 2:00-3:30pm at the Anglican Church Hall (170 Tiki Rd.) in Coromandel Town and cover:

- 14 Dec. Overcoming Obstacles to Energy
- 21 Dec. Connecting with Contentment
You can attend any week since each session can stand alone, but you will gain maximum benefit from attendance at all three. These workshops will be presented on a koha/donation basis to make them available to everyone in the community. Refreshments provided.
