The feminine bond between women is an incredibly precious thing. At Wild

Stillness Retreats, we believe in the importance of nourishing this connection

and finding ways to feel grounded and unified in this busy, modern world.


We will create the opportunity for you to go deeper and emerge from the

weekend knowing and understanding yourself a little more. Invite your mother,

daughter, friend or other significant wahine to share this precious time, the

sacred surroundings and the collective experiences. With a small, intimate group size, this retreat will provide the space for not only love and understanding, but also fun and total relaxation.




Nestled in the lush valley of Colville, you will feel spirited away from the rushing world and immersed in the gorgeous gardens of our local Buddhist retreat centre. 


The retreat will start at 5pm on the Friday evening and finish with a closing circle at 3pm on the Sunday.

Vanessa Edelsten

Vanessa is gracious and full of life’s sparkle. She has an innate ability to intuit what others need and to give comfort and relief that empowers. She has practiced yoga for 17 years and teaching for 10 years, having completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training with Ashram Yoga. Her classes are crafted to flow in the rhythms of nature and delivered with honesty, warmth and humour. 

Vanessa puts her students at the heart of every class, tuning into the group and creating a safe space for all to deeply connect, ground and open. 

Vanessa is a devoted mother, exceptional cook, trained ecologist, wild dancer and fierce friend. 


Beth Pearsall

The moment you meet Beth, you sense her genuine, joyful nature and feel instantly at ease. Her warmth with people and ability to create connection means she is a natural born facilitator. As a lover of life and nature, Beth is a trained ecologist, passionate cook, experienced sailor, avid gardener and keen surfer. Her true strengths however, lie in cultivating the space for women to feel connected and empowered. Empowered to tune into their inner nature and find connection both within, and with other women, in a manner that is so completely comfortable. Beth will be your guide and your cook on this journey. Lucky you.

Together, Vanessa and Beth create and hold space to deeply connect with self, each other and the natural world. Allow yourself to feel fully supported in the presence of these soul-sisters. They are here to facilitate the time, freedom and experiences to let you simply be.
