Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions.
This interactive workshop will introduce the Buddhist approach to Emotional Intelligence by offering tools such as meditation, empathy and self awareness.
By applying these techniques one will be able to cultivate a calm mind and control one’s own emotions, particularly the disturbing ones, in a more effective and skillful way.
